supporting my learners

I think this lesson plan is very helpful because it helps learners think about their future goals and aspirations. It encourages them to reflect on what they want to achieve, what support they need, and what challenges they may face. I also appreciate that students can share their ideas, which helps them feel valued and listened to .

The ideas from the Padlet are useful, and I can apply them in my teaching practice. They help me focus not only on academic learning but also on students’ personal development. By listening carefully, I can better understand their needs and provide more effective support.

However, I would need to adapt these ideas to my context. Some students may feel shame or hesitant, so I can let them share in small groups or express themselves through drawing or writing. I may also need to give clearer instructions to ensure everyone understands the activity.

Overall, I believe these ideas are practical and beneficial. With some adaptation, I can use them to support my learners and help them achieve their goals.
