I have never experienced this myself, but I would like to share a story about my previous teacher. She was both a subject teacher and a headmistress. One day, she visited my friend’s home. At that time, my friend’s family circumstances were not good. He was a bright student, but he needed support to continue his education. After understanding his situation, my teacher reported it to the school board and the local government to seek financial support. Later, he received support from the school and was able to continue his education. Now, he has already passed the Matriculation Exam and is waiting to attend university. 

This example helps me understand how different system levels can work together to support a student’s learning and wellbeing.
