Space for listening to learners

 

From my perspective, it is essential to create space for listening to learners. I also have seen teachers give time to listen to students' view in my classroom. This improves students learning and thinking to express and debate their ideas with others. By doing so, it helps students understanding more the topics from different information. I encourage to have activities or routines to create for listening to learners to other teachers and I will use this as a effective method to help learners if I will be a teachers or work in organization.
