Diffiult situations in classroom

Education can be both victim and peacebuilder depend on the people or situation.If I were a teacher, I would used ecological system. For example, Due to our country situation,Most of young people move another place for studying, so they  won't feel comfortable.So I will use microsystem and mesosystem to observe their problem and behavior,and help them by asking question, making fun during class and fair, and let them to express their feeling if they wanted.
