Reflection + Question

 

Learning about VPLP & the Ecological Systems Theory helps me understand where I am at in my teaching and how can I better help my students when I face hidden challenges they might have in their lives.

The question I have is, although it is a solid responsibility of an edcator to pay attention to the well-being of their learners, in reality, it is impossible to do that for all learners you have. In that case, what should we do as the educators?
