Reflection( creating safe and supporting Env)

  • I used to organize my classroom environment by promoting respected and fair. Make a clear schedule over time management to know about the value of time and self-regulation skills. Clearing visual timetables and clear routines are managed to reduce anxiety and learning time on lessons.
  • Establish boundaries with positive behavior management and clear rules that being respected each others. So, they will feel more calm and ensure the students to know the impact of their behavior. Discrimination also one of the reason can make students feel left out feeling.
  • The positive effects of my classroom are respect and no discrimination, which help us to be sympathy and stability in class by getting the feeling of a home.
  • The ideas course that I know is "zones" in the classroom. This word is like space for focusing on you work while doing collaboration with friends or a quiet area. The physical space supports different learning needs and styles.
