Reflection

At the beginning of each class, I spend the first 15 minutes on either reading or listening to music. This helps students calm down, focus, and get ready for the lesson.

I also set clear classroom rules to create a positive learning environment. Students are expected to raise their hands before speaking, avoid interrupting others, and be respectful and friendly to everyone. These routines help the class stay organized and support better learning.
