Reflection

In the past, I did not really know the method but I realiaze that I used some method to create safe and supportive environment for my students. I did have a good relationship with my students by taking time with the whole class or indivitually, letting them share their perspective, ideas and feelings. Moreover, I also set up classroom rules for both students and teachers. It helped me to get supportive environment for my students.
