The first thing I would do to organize my classroom is that making rules for myself. I have to know what I have to do for the students? and what should not I do?  To keep my surroundings positive, I need to change myself first.

And then, I will ask the students to make the rules by themselves because they might know about each other more than I do. If the rules that made by the students need to be changed, I would change them by discussing with students.

When I was in grade nine, one of my teachers used this method to keep the classroom positive. He showed respect to the students' feeling, and he was always being fair in the classroom. He did not anything that he wanted to do, he checked the situation before doing anything in the classroom. He did not teach too much; he gave us time to speak up. And I think it is a very great idea to do it in the classroom.
