Theory in practice

After I learned these theories, I know more about how to behave as a teacher. In front of the students, I have to treat the students equally and make them feel safe and comfortable because as we are human we come from different backgrounds and also we have different feelings. If i become a teacher i will try to use these theories to help the students. I believe that it is really helpful for both students and teachers.
