In my opinion, this lesson plan is help understand students' dream in somehow because this can change over time due to their environment, family, and interesting. By using microsystem, it makes teachers understand students' dream, so teachers can help students to explain the strength and weakness of their dream job. Teachers then can do career quizzes to help students understand whether their dream jobs fit their personalities and interesting by answering the quiz questions. I believe that this can improve students' weakness and strength to follow their dream. It is difficult to understand our dreams based on different situation as I have mentioned above. Therefore, to adapt this in my context, I will encourage students to more focus on their dream even it is difficult to reach it and learn different things apart from your dreams. I believe that it will work even it is slow and difficult to keep going on because I understand the difficulties of following dream as I have overcome my education journey under any circumstance conditions. Overall, I would say that it improves students' understanding about their dream and decision to go further with teachers' assistance.
