Reflection

I usually set the seat comfortably and feel close to discuss the lessons when we have discussion time or can be rotate. This technique helps students feel more close to each other along with delivering the lesson effectively.

I then create the classroom atmosphere setting rules that is given by every student to make sure everyone feels included. For example, when it comes to sensitive questions or things are not acceptable for them, to make sure they have voices to speak out. This helps classrooms to be more respected to everyone, and helps to express their perspective freely.

Sharing our experiences also bond the strong relationship with them to know that we all are in the same page.
