Do you have activities or routines that you use regularly to create space for listening to learners?
One of the best routines I use to create space for listening to learners is a daily check in circle the start of class, I invite each student to share one word or short sentence about how they’re feeling or what’s on their mind. It’s simple, doesn’t take long, but it gives every learner a voice and helps me notice who might need extra support.
