Reflection

I am not a teacher yet, but from my experience as a student, a well-organized classroom helps me feel more comfortable and focused. When teachers set clear rules and create a respectful environment, it makes learning easier.

I have noticed that when the classroom is calm, students behave better and participate more. When it is not organized, it is harder to focus.

One idea I think is helpful is giving students a chance to share their ideas, so they feel included and confident in learning.
