Reflection

In my classroom, I tried to keep the environment organized and calm so students feel safe and ready to learn. I arrange the seating so I can see all the students and move around easily. I also arranged the whiteboard to a place where every student could see.

To create a positive and safe environment, I set clear rules from the beginning. I remind students to respect each other and listen when someone is speaking.

I have noticed that when the classroom is well organized and students know the rules, they behave better and focus more on their learning.

After reading others’ ideas, I think I can improve by giving students more chances to share their feelings and be part of what we are.

One idea I would suggest to others is to start the day with a short check-in, where students can share how they feel. This can build trust and create a more supportive classroom.
