This lesson plan helps learners think about their future and what they need to reach their goals. At the micro level , it gives the students a chance to share and express their dreams directly in class, reflect and thinking on challenges, and learn from each other. I could use these ideas by letting my students talk about their goal and then write down what support they need. In my context, I might adapt it by using more discussion instead of writing if resources are limited, and making sure the sharing time feels safe so everyone is comfortable. The main goal is to help learners see their dreams as possible and to build confidence by listening to each other.
