It's helped me understand my role as a teacher. I see that a teacher is not only someone who teaches, but someone who gives hope, care, and support to students, especially in difficult situations. The VPLP framework helped me see that education can either harm or help, and I want to be a positive influence in my classroom. The Ecological Systems Theory also helped me understand that students are shaped by their family, environment, and experiences, so I need to be patient and kind. I believe creating a calm and safe classroom is important, and even small actions can make a big difference in student's lives.
