If a student’s behavior seems unusual, I first observe them carefully in the classroom to understand their challenges. I also check whether they are experiencing bullying and make sure to consider their perspective. If no issues are identified, I continue to monitor the situation. However, if I notice any concerns, I communicate with their parents and, when possible, visit their home to better understand their family situation and ensure that everything is supportive for the child.
