In my perspective, it is really good lesson plans because it helps students to set up their goal and sharing, discussion and drawing can make the classroom more interesting.

However, it will be better if you can start sharing yours first and explain how you found it because maybe there are some students who have never thought about their dream job. If it is possible, you can introduce various jobs by showing the video click from the YouTube in the beginning of the class. If it is not, they will only say "I want to be teacher. I want to be doctor" especially in the local area.

I believe that the plan will work better after doing these things first and then continuing as designed.
