I like one of my teacher’s techniques, and I plan to use it in my future teaching career. Before he starts his class, he lets the students write what they want, and sometimes he asks them to write how they feel. He also allows the students to share their feelings with friends they trust. Before the class, he always says, “Let’s have a walk.”

Even though this routine is simple and normal, it helps students express their feelings to people they trust, and it also helps them connect with the peace of nature. I also want to use the microsystem approach, where the teacher talks to students and lets them write their feelings on paper before class and then do whatever they want with that paper.

I will also make my class flexible, with agreements between students and the teacher. I will let them learn in the style they prefer, but at the end of the lesson, they must answer the questions that I ask them.
