Posting my questions

This week's system helped me understand that learning does not happen only in class. It includes many other factors and understanding those will help the student a lot better. 

With the ecological system theory,  I began to understand that I shouldn't judge students only from their performances, and try to look into a deeper context.

But my question is how can a teacher balance her personal life and all these necessities for the students.
