As mutual-respect is the most important principle for me, I embed it in my teaching. I listen to my learners, permit open communication, and allow them to express themselves without feeling any judgement and I expect it to be vice versa for me.

I also value tidiness and perservation of school furnitures. So, I ask the students to check the class before leaving and to clean up after themselves. If they forget to do so, I do it for them and remind them.
