Supporting your learners

I am not a teacher yet, but I have tried some simple ways to practice SEL in my learning. For example, I try to be more aware of my feelings, listen to others, and respect different opinions. This helps me improve my communication and relationships.

I think these strategies are helpful, but sometimes it is challenging to control emotions or speak confidently.

I believe SEL activities and games could be useful because they can make learning more interesting and help students feel more comfortable and connected.
