It is better to use all of five competencies to help students in social and emotion learning. By looking this SEL, I realized that I have used social awareness and relationship skills. First, It is challenging to communicate with someone who is selfish. Even though I tried to be sympathy and make better peaceful communication, it makes me confused to build this relationship. However, I tried to explain many reasons and understanding the my side feeling as well as I listen to you. 

I will use a kind of game of SEL that focus on emotional recognition and conflict solutions such as peace path. Peace is like a back bone that control the body that's why playing peace activities will encourage students to express empathy, practice problems solving in a collaborative way.
