After learning week one and two topics, I realized how frameworks like conventional and VPLP can give me information for teaching in conflict and crisis area. For instance, when some students faced challenges with attendance because of family financial aids, I applied the microsystem level by making the flexible class routine and support. At the same time, I also contribute the positive compliment to the students by making effectively teaching. Those frameworks helped me see the bigger picture and reminded me that education can be a pathway to peace and future goals.
