One thing I plan to practice is giving students more opportunities to participate and express themselves, especially those who are usually quiet. I also plan to try to be more patient and understanding when students face difficulties, which helps build a more positive classroom atmosphere.

I noticed that when students felt safe and respected, they are more willing to engage in learning activities. This connects to Social and Emotional Learning, as students’ emotions and relationships affect how they learn.

In the coming weeks, I plan to use more collaborative activities and digital tools to support student learning and encourage participation from everyone.

Overall, this experience has helped me see the importance of understanding students not only academically but also emotionally and socially.
