Reflection

  • How do you currently organize your classroom environment?

In my perspective, it is important that every student feels welcomed and included in a classroom. Therefore, I will build a strong relationship between students or students and me if I were a teacher because I believe when you are close to each other, it is more comfortable to learn or to teach.

  • How do you establish boundaries that create a positive and safe environment for learning?

As I said, I encourage to have a friendly relationship with my students. Instead of only having lesson, I try to put on game on my lesson plan to keep students active like before or end of lesson.

  • Have you noticed any positive or negative effects of your classroom organization on student behavior and learning?
  • if a student who is usually active in the class suddenly show interest in the group work. At that time, what I will try not to strict on them and talk to them in private.
  • Have you read any suggestions from others on the course that could help you improve your own teaching practice?

No but If I have, I will reflect myself first, and then I will try to fix things that under my control.

  • Share your reflections and insights in the comments and suggest one idea that would work in your classroom that someone else might be able to use.

"Be more confidence in the class" from one of my teachers.
