Experiences

From weeks 1 and 2, I have not had the chance to use these ideas in practice yet, but they helped me think more about teaching and learning.
I understand that students are affected by many factors, not only in the classroom. The ecological systems theory helps me see this more clearly. The VPLP framework also helps me think carefully about how education can both support and affect students.
In the future, I hope to apply these ideas to create a safe and open learning environment.
