Over to you (discussion)

I am not a teacher yet, but I think helping learners talk about their emotions is very important. I would use simple questions or activities to let students share how they feel.

To understand learners’ needs, I would listen to them and observe their behaviour. This can help me know if they are happy, stressed, or need support.

Activities like group discussion, simple games, or relaxation exercises (like breathing) can help students feel comfortable.

I think tools like the Blob Tree or emotion charts could be very helpful to support students in understanding and expressing their feelings.
