Supporting your learners

I think the lesson plan and Padlet ideas are helpful because they support listening to learners and their dreams. I can use strategies like check-ins and small discussions in my class. In my context, I may need to adapt them by using simple activities, small groups, or anonymous sharing so learners feel safe and comfortable.
