Reflection Example: In this lesson, I learned how Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies can guide my teaching. First, I want to apply self-awareness by helping students recognize their goals and dreams. For example, I will give them positive compliments and share knowledge about diverse ethnic cultures to build confidence and identity. I also plan to use daily routines such as homework and peer activities to strengthen relationship skills and social awareness. As a practical activity, I would like to create a campaign for planting trees, which will teach students about environmental responsibility, pollution, and teamwork while cleaning the school grounds. All these practices are guided by SEL methods to support both personal growth and community engagement.
