Reflection

  • How do you currently organise your classroom environment?     Among 6 types of learning styles at least I used 3 or 4 methods like acquisition, discussion, practice . Sometimes I also used collaboration and inquisition. Because all of those methods are really effective when we teach our students and they can understand well.
  • How do you establish boundaries that create a positive and safe environment for learning?      Listening the students need and what they talk, respect all of the student and treat them equaily. 
  • Have you noticed any positive or negative effects of your classroom organisation on student behaviour and learning?       When I used those 6 types of learning styles, I noticed that my students are improving a lot like confident level, communication skill, leadership and research skill.
  • Have you read any suggestions from others on the course that could help you improve your own teaching practice?                                           I normally read mote oo education website to improve my teaching practice.
