Identifying about the students' emotions

I usually find out how my students are doing by watching their body language during group work. Since many struggle to explain complex feelings in English, I’ve used simple drawings and peer-support activities to help them feel less like Victims of their stress. I’m really excited to try the Blob Tree because it’s a perfect visual way for them to show their emotions without needing many words. I also plan to start using breathing exercises before difficult math lessons to help them relax. These small steps help move our classroom toward being a Liberator, where students feel safe enough to focus and learn.
