To help learners to talk about their emotions, "Talk, Listen and Support" will be helpful to use after lessons or class. However, the conversation must be confidential because it is difficult to express your emotion when you don't trust any others. Trustworthy can build strong relationship by supporting one another.

To practice "Talk, Listen, and Support", teacher can set up the time about 30 minutes(it depends) to have a dialogue with every student in class. Before talk about their experiences, it has to set up ground rules like listen carefully, respect each other, and support one another after listening to them. I believe that they will have more confidence and less stress after they talk about their feeling because it has listeners, and supporters in the group.
