Over to you (discussion)

After observing Robert Plutchik's Wheel of Emotions, I can see the benefit of using this diagram as an activity in a classroom. Mostly, I used the Anonymous Letter Method by letting students write about what they feel and submit it without giving their names to make them feel confident and relaxed. As I could see most classes start their routines and schedules only in the classroom. So, it will be better if teachers started their morning section or afternoon section with fun activities that requires physical, mental, and emotional participations. This is a way that can improve individual students to find learning fun and express their feelings openly. As I have mentioned, if I have to use any of the techquines, I will choose the Blob Tree and make it an activity that mention students' social and emotional learning. By doing this, I am hopeful that teachers will find an alternative way to learn more about thier students in different aspects.
