• How do you help your learners to identify and talk about their emotions?

Most of the time I use to ask them how do you feel before the start of the class and let them show the reaction with thumb post. If they feel very good they show thumb up if not very okay in the middle and if it very bad thumb down. This is a very simple method I use to Identify students feeling and emotions. I use other method like painting the color to represent their emotions those paint I kept is secret and do not show to any other people to make them feel safe in expressing their feeling toward me.

• How do you find out what your learners’ needs are with respect to their social and emotional well-being?

When the students behavior, expressions, character or actions is not normal I can infer directly that now the students need Social and emotional well being.

• What activities have you used to support learners’ social and emotional well-being and development?

I use multiple methods to support the students social and emotional well being and development. I use short videos, cartoon movies, physical activities and still activities to help them feel well.
