Over to you (discussion)

From my perspective, I consider counselling as a part of a teacher's role; however, it would be better if there is a person who takes a special as a counsellor, a specialist role, for the students.

I find that there is hardly any risks incolved in offering this support to learner. Because this support can even be considered as a strength in the learning process. In teaching, it is not only about teaching academic lessons, a teacher can play or transform his or her role in any aspects. Teachers take a hard, risky, and multiple roles to bring not only the best learning process, but also the best growing process. So that, understanding individual student's emotional well being and thier struggles, and supporting a placce where they can express their feelings and worries, and find guidance to guide them to the best solution.

Most of the schools in camp where I came from barely have this system. However, the current school that I am attending right now provides and has connections with volunteer counsellors or even the thoughtful and serious counselling connections for students who really need it or willing to participate.

However, in most of the school, having a specialist can be difficult so that the best way is that having teachers who know about their students well, observe them carefully, and then, if necessary, let the teachers have a private conversation with a specific student and a teacher.
