In my teaching, I try to create a safe and respectful space where every student feels heard. One activity I use is group discussion, where students share their opinions on a topic and listen to each other. I guide them to speak kindly, respect different views, and not interrupt. This helps build empathy, respect, and confidence. Through this, I’m putting into action the principles of inclusiveness, mutual respect, and open communication, so students not only learn the lesson but also learn how to understand others.
