Yes, if were a teacher, I think I could use some of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) SEL resources in my teaching. For example, I could use simple games that focus on expressing emotions by using feeling cards and need cards, or working in teams. These activities would help learners how they are feeling right now and what do they need for those feelings. I think it would work in my classroom because it encourage participation, help manage emotions, and improve communication skills by sharing their emotions, while also creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
