counselling discussion

I think, offering counselling is part of teachers's roles. The students get more closer to the teacher than specialists so they feel more confident to express their feelings. Teachers are not only in the classroom, they are all the growth, wellbeing, confident,courage and motivations of the students. 

A teacher who want to offer the counselling to the students needs to be relialbe and someone who can keep the secret and understand the privacy well.It is not a good idea to share someone's feeling to other without their permition.
