Sharing my example

The principle that I value while I was a volunteer is to respect each other's point of view, and to know yourself well before judging others.

I always practice it when I teach, and I realized that my students also have more confidence to express their opinions to their peers, even though they hesitate to speak out at first. To know yourself well is one of my teachings. Some of the students joke with their friends, and they just want to mock their peers, but they do not notice that their words can hurt the other side. Therefore, by setting up this principle, they are also careful with their word choice and try to build a healthy relationship with their friends on the same campus.
