This is quite a hard question for me. From the perspective of the teachers, there might be more tasks, including this. Even if we offer the specialist role for that context and as a migrant school, will that be convenient to implement? How will that specialist approach the students? Can they be with the students most of the time? Instead of that, as a migrant school can fulfill the other essential parts for students. In my point of view, teachers are optimal for this role. They spend most of their time with the students, and the students are also closer to them.
