Key principles of a supportive learning environment

According to my experience, applying these principles equally to all learning contects especially in settings of conflict and displacement education can be possible, but with many difficultlies. Determination and creativity of a teacher is what we need; however, these teacher need supports which is not a heavy support but even the considerate support for a teacher can be very beneficial. There are so many examples and one of the example is, if the other teacher is taking a test beside the classroom, let the other class to be quiet as possible as they could or doing selfstudy quietly. Mutual respect and understandinf like this can be seen as a small thing but this kind of small things are meaning and can be very helpful in a real life scenario.

I have tried implementing these principles and have encountered problems such as overcrowded classrooms, small classroom, and noise pollutant environment; however, with goals and desire to reach en effective goal of teaching, discussing these problems with teachers, students, and school principle to make a balanced and fair-and-square learning system are very important. With this considerate solutions, these problems can be addressed.
