Key principles of a supportive learning environment

In your experience, can these principles apply equally to all learning contexts? For example, can they still be applied in settings of conflict and displacement?

I don't think so. May be It is applied to all learning context. From my point of view, I think it is not possible to apply there are the place where we can apply and can not.

If you have tried implementing these principles, have you encountered any problems making them work in practice? How did you address these issues?

To be honest, I have never tried it. But I have encountered the problems by seeing my teacher. I can tell what he did. At first, he came to classroom to teach while the students were annoying. He said that please be quiet and clap one time and them said to clap two times or more. After that, students who were noisy are quite and gave him attention.
