In my teaching, I try to embed principles like respect, cooperation, and responsiblity through simple activities. For example, I use group work where students work together to solve a problem or complete a task, like creating a small project or discussion topic. In this activity, students learn how to practise respect by listening to each other’s ideas, learn how to cooperate by working as a team, and learn to be responsible by completing their part of the work.

I also encourage students to share their ideas and experiences, which helps them feel valued and builds their confidence. Even with limited resources, I focus on how students interact and support each other. Through these activities, I try to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can learn both academic skills and social values, also, their personal growth.
