In my teaching, I try to promote respect for diversity among students. For example, since my students come from different ethnic groups, I ask them to present their own culture to the class. Through this activity, students learn about different traditions, languages, and ways of life. This helps them understand and respect one another. It also builds their confidence and communication skills. This activity reflects the principles of respect, inclusion, and integrated learning, as students learn both knowledge and values at the same time.
