To be honest, I do not have much experience yet. However, I tried to promote respect among students, pay close attention, and listen carefully when they shared their thoughts. I was also mindful not to be biased or discriminate against anyone based on their identity or economic background. Additionally, I built a good and healthy relationship with all of the students.
