Share my reflection

As my rreflection on week 3, I have learned more skills and understood how students' emotional are very important and how can we handle our students in conflict and crisis. It helps me improve understanding teaching skill more and I also realize that I used some skills and there are other skills that I can use to develop my teaching and my classroom. I believe skills or theories I have learned from this course will help me in the future.
