In conflict and crises areas or local schools, it is teacher's role to create safe and supportive learning environment for students who can use effective lessons in their community and society.
From my perspective, the activity like "Describe and Share" game to improve students' relationship and understand other feeling. To play this game, students have to describe their friends with one sentence or one adjective. Teachers give A4 paper per each and go around to describe every one in classroom. After they finished all, students keep their own paper and read the description from their friends. Make a time bound for a week to let students to share what their friends see them and how are the differences the real attitudes they have in their own and how people's perspective around them. This game can play every day within one week to let two or three students in one class (depends on the number of student).
This game improve students understanding of their friends' feeling and they realize people are not like they think. Therefore, it helps them to build strong relationship skills.
