In my teaching, I try to embed principles like respect, collaboration, and real-life learning. For example, I sometimes give students a group activity where they create a simple project, such as a poster or short dialogue about a real-life situation. Through this, students practise working together, listening to each other, and sharing ideas respectfully. I also encourage them to connect what they learn to their daily lives, which helps make learning more meaningful. This activity supports not only academic skills but also values like teamwork, responsibility, and empathy, even with limited resources.
